UNI 02-03-2020: On family deduction registration

Official No 3989/CT-TTHT dated February, 20 2020 on family deduction registration as follows:

In case company has the new labors employed from other companies to work for. If the company conducts to sign the labor contract from 03 months or above, and directly pays salary for the labors, the labors shall register to stop the family deduction in the company before and send the dependent certification as the first time of registration. The new company shall re-register dependents for the labors with the tax authority following the regulations.
